I'm hoping we can use this in Europe to place phone calls in a pinch.

Watch the video below to learn what software you need to download and how to configure your ipod Touch. This is only going to work on the second gen version.

You are going to need a microphone. Target to the rescue. They have an adapter with a built-in microphone for $10. Unfortunately you cannot order it online. You are looking for the Philips iPhone Microphone Adapter. The model number is SHH1610.

You can even assign a phone number to your Touch. See the video below for details.
